Brad Hoiseth is the main publisher and started the site in order to give exposure to the talent-rich junior college ranks, which had previously been ignored and misconstrued. Brad has developed a reputation as being the authority on JUCO recruiting news. Hoiseth’s popularity took center stage in 2020 when he was featured in the popular Netflix Original Series “Last Chance U” (Season V, Laney).
